IT Support/System & Network Administrator

The IT Support / System & Network Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including network devices, servers, virtualization platforms, and end-user support. The role involves configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 network devices, administering enterprise network services such as DNS and DHCP, managing VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V environments, monitoring system performance and security, performing routine maintenance and backups, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and maintaining IT documentation and asset records. The position also provides day-to-day technical support to ensure the smooth operation of business systems and infrastructure.
