Waiter

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, assist customers with their requests, and work closely with the kitchen and service team to provide efficient and high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving basic concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
• Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and restaurant team.
• Follow company service standards and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a waiter or customer service role.
• Fluent in Tamil, English, and Sinhala.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
