Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in client relations, recoveries, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support client retention and recovery activities.
