Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic individual to join the Customer Care Team. The role involves assisting customers through multiple communication channels, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English with proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use customer service systems.
• Customer-focused, energetic and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Customer Care Executive: Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, call centre or customer support.
• Customer Care Trainee: School leavers and candidates with no prior experience are welcome; training will be provided.
