Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Drive team performance to achieve individual and group targets
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development to team members
• Monitor team activities and support career progression within the team
• Represent the organization professionally while fostering a dynamic, supportive team culture
• Contribute to the overall growth and performance of the branch/region

• GCE Advanced Level or equivalent
• Age between 25-45 years
• Open to male and female candidates
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in insurance, banking, finance, or other sales fields (preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
