Branch Manager

Softlogic Wealth is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and dynamic Branch Manager to lead branch operations, build and manage a high-performing team, and drive business growth across Piliyandala, Maharagama, Kottawa, Boralesgamuwa, Nugegoda, Battaramulla, Malabe, Athurugiriya, and Homagama.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch activities, achieving business targets, developing customer relationships, and motivating team members to deliver excellent performance. This role offers an opportunity for an experienced professional to demonstrate leadership capabilities and progress within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Develop strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business objectives.

Skillset Required

• GCE Advanced Level or equivalent.
• Age between 25 and 45 years.
