Softlogic Wealth is seeking a driven, results-oriented Team Manager to lead and develop high-performing teams across Piliyandala, Maharagama, Kottawa, Boralesgamuwa, Nugegoda, Battaramulla, Malabe, Athurugiriya, and Homagama. Skillset Required

• GCE Advanced Level or equivalent.
• Age between 25-45 years.
• Open to male and female candidates.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in insurance, banking, finance, or other sales fields (preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
