The role covers Piliyandala, Maharagama, Kottawa, Boralesgamuwa, Nugegoda, Battaramulla, Malabe, Athurugiriya, and Homagama. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple branches within an assigned region.
• Drive recruitment, business growth, and overall team performance across branches.
• Make strategic decisions to support regional targets and long-term growth.
• Provide strong leadership across multiple teams and branch managers.
• Build and maintain a strong, growing financial services network within the region.
• Monitor branch-level performance and implement improvement strategies where needed.

Skillset Required

• GCE Advanced Level or equivalent.
• Age between 25-45 years.
• Open to male and female candidates.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in insurance, banking, finance, or other sales fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams or branches.
• Strong business acumen and people management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
