Branch Manager

AIA Sri Lanka, is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and dynamic Branch Managers to lead branch operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive business growth.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing daily branch activities, achieving business targets, developing customer relationships, and motivating team members to deliver excellent performance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Develop strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to achieve performance goals.

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.

• GCE Advanced Level or equivalent.
• Age between 25 and 55 years.
